Courgette Bake
A state permitting clear perception and understanding; the area that may be seen distinctly or resolved into a clear image.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3-4 medium Courgettes
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 cup of grated cheese
  • 2 rashers of bacon (optional for vegetarian variant)
  • 1/4 cup of oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions Lightly beat eggs, add remaining ingredients, and pour into a lightly greased shallow dish.  Bake at 180 Celsius for 30-35 minutes.
