Privacy is a top priority here at Mothership. We collect from our clients only the data necessary to provide the agreed upon services. We will never reveal any customer information to any 3rd party unless instructed to by a court of law. Please submit any privacy concerns to Mothership if they arise.
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our servers, and to administer our Web site. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your order.
Our site uses an order form for clients to request information, products, and services. We collect client's contact information (such as email address) and financial information (such as account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to process orders. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.
Mothership insures that all personal information being voluntarily submitted to us in the processing of your order (to be used for record and billing purposes, etc.), will be kept strictly confidential and used solely by Mothership, its authorised representatives and employees, for the strict purpose for which it was intended, and for the benefit of the client.
We agree not to share, rent, sell or release this information to any individual, entity or third party, for any reason, without the specific written consent of the client; with exception as required by Law, Regulation or Governmental Authority.
Security
Mothership is committed to protecting and securing all subscriber provided information, through the use of firewalls and additional security measures in place at its physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of such information.
